St Joseph’s Pupils Visit Waterstones

On Tuesday 6th March, pupils from St Joseph’s High School, Crossmaglen, along with school librarian, Mrs McNamee, visited Waterstones in Newry to belatedly celebrate World Book Day. Terence and John, from Waterstones in The Quays, had kindly invited 12 pupils from the school to the store on March 1st, but this trip had to be rescheduled given the wintery weather conditions on the day of the proposed visit. St Joseph’s pupil launches thrilling debut novel.

Kevin Meegan who left St Joseph’s High School Crossmaglen last August is set to reveal his very first novel, written at the young age of 17. St Joseph’s scoop up the prizes at SRC Skill Build Competition

Students from St Joseph’s High School have taken part in the Southern Regional College’s recent Inter-Campus Skill Build Competition. The Inter-Campus competition, was held at SRC’s Portadown Campus. This was the first stage of the renowned Skill Build Competition. The competition drew together students from all campuses of SRC.
