Nolan Cup Presentation Night

On Wednesday 18th June St Joseph’s celebrated the fantastic achievement of our victorious U-18 team who won the Danske Bank Nolan Cup earlier in the year. Pupils, parents, coaches and staff gathered in the assembly hall to celebrate this historic win.  The team were presented with their medals and a souvenir jersey. Pope John Paul II Awards

On Wednesday 26Th March, St Joseph’s celebrated the achievement of several A’ Level students who collected their Pope John Paul II Awards and Muiredach Cross Awards, in St. Patrick’s Cathedral Armagh.  These awards recognise the important contribution our young people have to make to their schools and communities.  Our students were excellent ambassadors for their school working with several different groups within our community.  We would like to congratulate them for all their hard work ... St Joseph’s nominated for Sports Award

St Joseph’s were nominated in the post-primary section of the Newry and Mourne Sports Awards for 2013 in the Canal Court Hotel on Thursday evening. The successful boys’ and girls’ football teams, along with the camogie, golf and athletics teams, were acknowledged at the awards ceremony. Stephen Morris and Fearghal Mackin represented the Herald Cup winning team, while Tara McKeown and Nicole Donnelly represented the Loch an Iuir Cup winning team. The group were joined ...
