Music in May

St. Joseph’s school was bursting at the seams with talent as it held ‘Music in May’ on Thursday 12th May . This concert organised by Mrs. Gibbs and Ms. Mc Namee, from the Music department was an opportunity for pupils to showcase their talent. Clearly, talent was there in abundance. “Taken,” deliver on an Online Safety and Cyber Bullying message to St Joseph’s students

Up and coming Irish boy band, ‘Taken’ offered a break from the classroom for Year 8, 9, 10 and 11 students today. St Joseph’s pupils were treated to a performance from the boys who have already supported Olly Murs and Union J. A Seasonal Showcase of Music for Spring

Last Thursday evening a packed assembly hall of pupils, parents and staff were treated to the pleasure of a wonderful showcase of music here in St. Joseph’s. A wide variety of genres, instruments and presentations took place with string ensembles, brass ornamentations and African drumming among some of the delights on the night.
