Restart a Heart Day

Storm Ophelia could not stop the ‘European Restart a Heart Day’ as the event was rescheduled for Monday 23rd October. First Responder/First Aider Thomas McKenna visited the school to reinforce life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to a selection of our Year 9, 10, 11 and 13 students. Pupils in St Joseph’s High School participated in Restart a Heart day on Tuesday 18th October. Pupils were completing CPR and using a defibrillator.
