Shoebox Appeal 2017

Students in St. Joseph’s have yet again shown their generosity and faith by donating 71 Shoeboxes for children who are not as fortunate as us. This year St. Joseph’s has partnered with the Cross Cause charity to send Shoeboxes to children in Eastern Romania. Many thanks to all the families and children who donated to this worthy cause. Gael Linn Success

A large number of year 10 pupils attended the Gael Linn Quiz in the Canal Court in Newry. A most enjoyable day where the pupils take part in the quiz then enjoy some ceili dancing in the afternoon. Primary Six Taster Day

St Joseph’s Hosts Primary Six Taster Day

Two hundred and six pupils from all the local feeder Primary schools took part in an activity day in St Joseph’s High School, Crossmaglen. The purpose of the day was to introduce them to life in St Joseph’s and to sample five subjects that are on the curriculum. The pupils enthusiastically participated in Maths, Technology and Design, Science, Home Economics and P.E. A great day was had by everyone involved.
